Claire Martin joined Renault in 1988, initially in the engineering department, where she led process reengineering, and later in the research department, where she implemented lean methods and matrix organizations. She led research on international collaborations, including with Volvo and GM. In 1998, she played a role in establishing the Renault-Nissan Alliance, contributed to Nissan's revival plan, and directed Nissan's communication for Europe and the Middle East. In 2005, she became Vice President of Corporate Communication at Renault. In 2008, she created and led the Group's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) function and headed the Renault Foundation. She initiated a collaborative research platform and the ISR Mobiliz Invest fund, aimed at accelerating entrepreneurship and innovation in sustainable mobility. In 2016, she was appointed CEO of Renault-Nissan Consulting, an international consulting firm with 250 consultants responsible for supporting clients in industrial strategies, operational excellence, lean manufacturing, agile transformation, optimization of distribution networks, and customer experience. In 2020, she joined the Executive Committee of Keolis, overseeing Industrial Direction and Energy Transition. Since May 2021, she has been leading Sustainability at the CMA CGM Group. With a Master's degree in psychosociology, a Master's degree in consulting from ESCP-IFACE, an AMP from Harvard Business School, and Executive coaching qualifications, Claire Martin is a member of the Academy of Technologies, a board member of startups, and has taught courses on CSR at Sciences Po Paris.
