Mr. OUZZINE Mohammed Adnane is the President of the Moroccan Maritime Foundation. He holds a Doctorate in Legal and Political Sciences from Mohammed V University in Rabat, where he defended his thesis in Maritime Law in June 2023 on the topic of "Delimitation of Moroccan Maritime Areas."
In addition to his maritime career, which has included roles as an Officer in the Moroccan Merchant Marine, he has held several positions, including Inspector of the Merchant Marine and Maritime Fisheries at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, and Secretary of Foreign Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad. He was also appointed Director at the Office of Vocational Training and Labor Promotion (OFPPT) and subsequently served as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Economy and Finance before taking up his current position as Rapporteur at the Competition Council.
Mr. OUZZINE has received numerous accolades; notably, he was awarded a scholarship for four consecutive years at the Higher Institute of Maritime Studies from 2003 to 2007. He also won the Best Master's Thesis Award in 2012 and the First Prize for Thesis Advocacy in 2016.
