Zainaba Abdallah Bachirou, a jurist, currently serves as the Head of the Legal Department at the National Business Agency and is the President of the Women's Association in the maritime sector in Comoros. She is the initiator and founding member of this association. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Law/International Relations from the University Med I in Oujda, Morocco. She received training at the University of Reunion in International Relations and in settling disputes related to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. She is a former official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
